Make the Days Count

Don't count the days but make each day count. - author unknown

I read this inscription on a room in a little country hotel, where my family and I stayed one night on a cross-country skiing excursion. It isn't a newly discovered idea, but it's a nice thought and we were inspired. There isn't much more that needs to be said about it, is there?
